Lazy Corral offers pull-thru, back-ins, and both 30-amp & 50-amp service for every lot, and full hookups, including water, electric, and septic!
Monthly Rate
$525/mo*
Pay in full at check-in.
Deposit required. Pay pro-rated month at check-in, then for subsequent months’ pay rent on the 1st. Utilities are not included. Propane and electric are direct billed, and billed based on usage on a monthly basis. Water and sewer are at a flat rate.
